In the 1980’s, Grupo Sacramento Campos took on real estate development as a new strategy with investments made in the area of urbanism, construction and property management. During the 1990’s they expanded into foreign markets, investing heavily in tourism and property development in Cape Verde, as well as undertaking diversified investments in Brazil. Today Sacramento Campos Investimentos has investment projects in education, health clubs, hotels, restaurants, agriculture, floriculture and gardening, extraction of ornamental stones, extraction of expanding clay, building infrastructures, architectural and engineering projects, works management and supervision, accounting services and fiscal services.
Proclama, S.A. was founded in 1990 so as to manage Parque Proclama, which is located in Quinta da Areia, Coina. This park serves as the logistic platform for the Sacramento Campos group sales companies, as well as hosting the other group companies.
Quartzo was created as a partnership in the development of the “Quinta do Convento” project. This partnership was extended to a new urban project located in Penalva, in Barreiro council.
Sacramento Campos Imobiliária, S.A. Sacramento Campos Imobiliária was founded in 1987 for real estate acquisition and management. With a vast business portfolio including the purchase and sale of urban lots and units, it focuses on running commercial establishments and offices for lease. Sacramento Campos Projectos e Serviços, S.A. was founded in 1994. Its object is the provision of services in various areas, namely accounting and treasury, taxation, human resources and management; project management; the planning, coordination and supervision of works; engineering projects and architectural projects, in all their components.
Suprema, S.A. A company aimed at the creation of urban property developments, from design to sale of the real estate in Portugal. The company has developed more than 460.000 m2 of construction works from 2000 to 2008.
In order to create a healthy, calm and safe environment for children, enabling them to grow up in a balanced and sustained way, the project is founded on guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education. In brings together different perspectives into one single unit, both in terms of content and form, thus fulfilling the families’ desires and the children’s needs. Given its target audience and taking into account each age bracket, this centre aims to develop communication and expression skills, creativity and stimulate educational activities.
Zona de Treino, S.A. In 2006 GSC took its first steps in the area of leisure and well-being with its activities in the riverside area of Santos, Lisbon.The brand Academia Life Club thus came to life. It is a space that makes the most of its connection to the River Tagus and the city of Lisbon. This space offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports supervised by a team of qualified professionals.
Costa de Prata, S.A. This is a company made up of three partners, created in 2007 with the goal of carrying out a property and tourist development set in a 160ha plot in Cidade Velha (old town), the historic centre of Cape Verde.
This company is geared towards the development of projects in the urban and building sectors in Cape Verde.
The project has been split into 14 areas. The first is nearing conclusion and another three areas are at the project completion phase. At the same time, the general infrastructure is being built; this includes the rehabilitation of two villages and the recovery of two beaches. Several architecture and landscape offices were invited to take part in this project, which also includes participation by the group’s architectural and engineering departments in close cooperation with the WATG and the University of Coimbra’s Luís de Camões Institute. The complete development is made up of a golf course with 27 holes, 4 hotels, residential and tourist areas, a small marina and various leisure and sport areas.
Agroinvest, Ldta. Management of agricultural spaces.
Lusoinvest commenced its activities in 2000 with the purpose of undertaking urban and property development work in the Brazilian market. Following the divestment of 2 plots, it has expanded its activity into other property and corporate developments.
MARCOTEX, Ldta. Marcotex is a subsidiary of Lusoinvest focusing on extracting and selling ornamental stones, namely granite, in the Fortaleza area in Brazil.
